DUE TO THE CORONA PANDEMIC PLEASE NOTE SHIPMENT MAY BE DELAYED IN PROCESSING AND DELIVERY.

Order Processing

All orders are handmade upon ordering. Therefore order processing may take 48 hours to complete. Orders typically ship within 4-6 business days. (Processing time time does not include weekend days). Priority Shipping orders (Overnight or 2nd Day) received before 12:00 pm EST will be processed & shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed on Fridays after 12 pm EST, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday.

For orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii, please call 347-287-5810 to place your order. Shipping rates vary.

Sales Tax

Mes Thés is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Florida.

Payment Methods

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

  • For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
  • All purchases require credit card authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping Options & Charges

Orders typically ship within 4-6 business days. We ship orders Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays, via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Below are the shipping options available for your order.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $65 within the continental United States. For orders under $65, we charge a $8 shipping fee. Most orders with Standard Service are delivered within 5-7 business days of the order’s ship date.

Additional fees for expedited shipping

USPS 3-Day – $20

USPS 2nd Day – $30

USPS Overnight – $50

International Shipping

For international orders, our shipping rates are based on the total price of your order. For international orders, the customer retains responsibility for all custom charges.

  1. Order total Up to $100 – Standard Shipping $25
  2. Order total $100.01 – $200.00 – Standard Shipping $40
  3. Order total $200.01 – $400.00 – $50
  4. Order total $400.01 and over – $70

Return Policy

We want you to be pleased with every product you purchase from us. If you should need to return a product purchased through MesThesBeauty.com, please follow the steps below. 

  • If you wish to return an item, please call or e-mail our Customer Service department to initiate the return process at 347-287-5810 or themesthes@gmail.com
  • We accept returns on unopened items in their original condition and opened items that have less than 25% of product used. Mes Thés cannot accept returned items if more than 25% of the product has been used.
  • Returned items can only be accepted within 14 days of the original shipment date.
  • Please enclose a copy of your order or the order number along with the reason for the return. Shipping charges for the returned product(s) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping charges associated with the original order are not refunded in the case of a return.
  • We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.

Allergen Statement

Please be aware that cross-contact can easily occur during the packaging of your order. We suggest that you inform us of any allergens you may have. Also, please take a look at our full inventory on our website, and view any products that you feel could cause you an issue. Where the product is a “multiple ingredient” item, we suggest you carefully read through the listed ingredients to make a self determination if they will work for you or not. If you have any questions at all, please email them to us or contact us by phone.

Nut and seed related items are stocked within our facility and may come in contact with your product. If you have a nut allergy, please let us know. WE DO NOT STOCK PEANUT OIL at our facility, though we cannot guarantee that the manufacture’s who we receive our products from are a peanut free facility. We do, however, stock other nut based oils – if you have any questions, please do get a hold of us.
