Apple Cider Rebalancing Toner is a gentle blend non-drying blend that helps remove dirt oil, debris including makeup. Leaving skin hydrated and smooth.
How to Use: Shake well. Wash Face with one of our Hydrating Faces Washes such as B Up Face Wash. Pat dry. Using cotton, pat toner onto face and neck. Use Daily.
